You know him. He is the one with the funky glasses and twisted sense of humour. Dan has been working in the machine tool industry since 1977. His initial experience was building and troubleshooting equipment for companies such as IBM, Kodak, Monsanto, Trumpf and Polaroid. He has been working with and supporting customers, manufacturers and engineers internationally for his entire career. His 36 years of diversified industrial machine tool experience and over 30 years with Trumpf products in particular has established him not only as one of the most experienced engineers available on Trumpf industrial products but as someone with the capability and experience to support a wide range of industrial and laser equipment.
 
Dan’s focus has always been and continues to be customer satisfaction. If you take care of your customers and your people, everything else will work out just fine. This fundamental philosophy has enabled him to establish an international service company which maintains those values. The company motto is “Service Excellence with Integrity”.  This means he ensures that his customers are provided technical service that is delivered when promised and regularly exceeds expectations.
 
Building strong and positive long term relationships is also an important part of Dan’s philosophy. With strong customer and supplier relationships, Dan has a diverse network of support - a value added service that is readily available to assist in supporting his client base around the world. ‘Once a customer always a customer’ is an integral part of the company thought process and focus.
